Adi Maxwell

Adi has been a partner of Pathway since 2020; the company she owns, Keolara, works with a variety of nonprofit and for-profit clients across multiple industries. Her career includes experience in business consulting (as you might expect) and professional dancing (as you might not).

A graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in mathematics, Adi loves helping business owners by doing some of the things they don’t want to do. She lives on Beacon Hill in Seattle with her “busy soccer/piano/dance family,” which includes three kids, ages 11, 9, and 6.

When Adi isn’t helping businesses, she loves distance running, puzzles of all types (crossword, jigsaw, Sudoku, Wordle), hiking, and yoga.
