Jeremiah Kossow

Lead Carpenter

As the son and grandson of master carpenters, Jeremiah (‘Miah’) is well aware of the mighty tradition of which he is a part.

As Pathway's longest‑tenured carpenter, he moved up through the company from apprentice to lead, where his deep experience and skill ensure the highest quality work in every Pathway project.

Native to North Bend, Miah lives life at the intersection of his loves of nature, family, and craftsmanship.

He is just as likely to be found riding his Harley as he is hiking around Rattlesnake Lake, playing with his two kids, and honing new skills in the workshop.

Miah’s experience in all things construction is vital to Pathway’s success. His unofficial motto – “if you’re not having fun while you work, you’re doing something wrong” – keeps the company and project energies in the right place and moving forward.

Yes, he’s also the friendly expert who walks you through all of the Live videos on the Pathway Facebook page.
