This is a hands-on working position which requires the following important qualities:

  1. Strong attention to detail for all phases of residential remodeling.
  2. Responsible and organized, eager to work as well as open to learning.
  3. Minimum 2 yrs.’ field experience.
  4. Committed to excellent customer service.
  5. Computer and smart phone proficient.
  6. Critical thinker with good problem-solving skills.
  7. Motivated and independent self-starter.
  8. Team player who demonstrates professional communication skills and ability to work well with others.
  9. Dedicated to keeping a clean, healthy, and safe job site on a daily basis.
  10. Owns a wide range of tools necessary for all aspects of construction and is willing to use them.
  11. Valid WA driver's license and a good driving record.
  12. Avoids drugs and alcohol on the job and is a non-smoker.
  13. Clean, well-kept appearance.
