Chris Schrier brings more than 15 years of construction experience to Pathway Design & Construction. His career began with Carpenter's Union Local 30 in Renton, where he developed a strong foundation in craftsmanship and construction best practices. He later spent seven years operating his own general contracting business, giving him extensive experience managing projects, coordinating trades, and delivering quality results for homeowners.
Before his construction career, Chris served eight years in the U.S. Army as a combat veteran. The leadership, discipline, and problem-solving skills he developed during his military service continue to influence his approach to project management and client service today.
As a Site Manager, Chris is passionate about guiding projects from the earliest stages of construction through the final walkthrough. He takes pride in helping bring each client's vision to life while ensuring a smooth, organized, and enjoyable remodeling experience.
Originally from Texas, Chris has called Washington home for more than 15 years and currently lives in Buckley with his wife, Jamie, and their four children. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, hunting, fishing, and coaching his youngest daughter's travel softball team.
Chris's combination of hands-on construction expertise, leadership experience, and commitment to client satisfaction makes him a valuable member of the Pathway team.
