PAYMENTS, RETURNS / REFUND POLICY
Cancellations for any service provided, including site visits, retainers for estimates, etc, within 24hrs will not be refunded.
Cancellations prior to 48 hrs will receive a credit towards a future service based on availability and similar cost.
Payment is due in advance of any service. Accepted methods of payment are direct bank transfer, PayPal, Visa or Mastercard.
Once your services have occurred and you would like to continue, you must pay for all further services booked with Pathway Design & Construction.
If you plan to pay by direct bank transfer, you should let Pathway Design & Construction know via email or phone.
All payments should be made to Pathway Design & Construction, with the client or project name noted.
