Mike Kocharhook

Mike has been in the construction industry for 20 years—almost as long as Paul—and shares his brother's commitment to healthy building practices, serving as an American Lung Association Master Home Environmentalist (MHE) volunteer. He also is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist.

Mike’s experience includes project management for homes owned by some of Southern California’s “rich and famous”: clients who expected, and received, ultra-high-quality custom remodels and updates with unparalleled attention to detail. He brings the same quality assurance to bear for each Pathway project—and after embarking on his own remodel, also has a good perspective of what it is like to work with Pathway from the client side.

A Seattle University graduate, Mike and his wife, Lindsay, are parents of three beautiful children. When he has the opportunity, he enjoys surfing on the Washington coast.
