What’s going on the rest of the year?

We’ve got our year planned out and packed. Continued education is very important to us and we hope you are inspired to keep learning!

​​Let this post also serve as an invitation to you if you’re interested in a remodel project in the coming year. We’d love to meet and talk with you about your remodel vision for your home or property. New bathroom? An expansion? An addition and a new porch or deck? How about a completely remodeled kitchen?A show is a great place to gather ideas, talk with professionals and begin to stir momentum into action.

August 28-30, 2018: Los Angeles, CA
Pathway Design & Construction is participating in the Climate Reality Training, the largest-ever training on Climate Change with former Vice President Al Gore! We will be in a room full of climate enthusiasts hearing exciting presentations on topics ranging from climate science and digital storytelling to how we are going to ensure a better tomorrow for future generations.September 6-7, 2018: Philadelphia, PA
CEO Paul Kocharhook is attending the Extreme Sales Summit in Philadelphia (organized by ProRemodeler and EBA Prime Elite) to continue refining his business and project management skills.

September 11-13, 2018: Pittsburgh, PA
CEO Paul Kocharhook is attending Living Product Expo 2018 (part of International Living Future Institute) in Pittsburgh, PA to stay in the know about new healthy living products and materials for remodeling.

September 13, 2018: Lynnwood, WA
Meet us at the Built Green Conference at Lynnwood Convention Center. We are looking forward to receiving valuable, cutting-edge information on green building and sustainability (from building science to policy, from post-occupancy research to discussions on equity, affordability, and community issues and more!).

September 25-27, 2018: New Orleans, LA
Excited to attend 2018 Remodelers Summit in New Orleans, Louisiana to help stay ahead of the latest industry trends.

October 9- 11, 2018: Baltimore, MD
CEO Paul Kocharhook is attending Remodeling Show, DeckExpo, and JLC LIVE (Residential Construction Show) in Baltimore, Maryland meet other residential remodeling and building professionals from all over the country to experience the hottest products, learn the newest building techniques, and build on his professional reach through fun networking events. Paul is especially looking forward to hands-on training and business education through live building clinics, on-floor demonstrations, and conference sessions with industry experts.

October 16-18, 2018: San Diego
Our CEO Paul Kocharhook will be at the EEBA High Performance Home Summit in San Diego, CA to stay up to date with the latest on solutions for healthy, resilient and affordable high performance and Zero-Energy Homes.

October 26- 27, 2018: Seattle, WA
Pathway Design & Construction is attending NW EcoBuilding Guild  Green Building Slam & Summit to learn about innovative, sustainable, high-performance "green" buildings that push the envelope in our built environment. (Also, were on the Committee and helped organize this event!)

February 19 - 21, 2019: Las Vegas, NV
CEO Paul Kocharhook is attending the 2019 NAHB International Builders' Show + KBIS Industry Show in Las Vegas, NV to stay updated on the latest remodeling and design trends.

Seattle Home Show, at CenturyLink Field Event Center. A great opportunity to ask questions about remodeling projects, permits, green building, or even how to make technological improvements. Register here and stop by to say hello!

October 27-28, 2018
Guess what! We’re showcasing one of our beautiful, creatively-designed Kitchen/Powder Room Remodel Projects at the Annual Remodeled Homes Tour presented by the Remodelers Council of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties.

April 26-27, 2019
We’ve partnered with the Northwest EcoBuilding Guild and will be showcasing at least one home at the 2019 Northwest Green Home Tour - Greater Seattle Region.

"This tour is an opportunity to educate the public the many ways that environmentally conscious design and construction can benefit not only the planet as a whole, but the local community as well” -NW Green Home Tour. Stop by to say hello!

On January 18-20, 2019
Let’s see each other early in 2019! Attend and let us wish you a Happy New Year while the year is still pretty new. We’ll be exhibiting at the Northwest Remodeling Expo, Washington Convention Center.

Community Outreach

September 29, 2018

We’re excited to participate and volunteer at the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s® to help raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. Pathway will join Suzanne Newman, Owner of Answers for Elders team. Want to join the Pathway team? Your friends and family and loved ones are all welcome to come! RSVP here.

November 2018 (date TBD)

We’re helping Nature Consortium with hands-on conservation work along the West Duwamish Greenbelt (which spans nearly 500 acres on the eastern slopes of West Seattle and includes 182 acres of public park land). We will be removing invasive plants, planting native species, and mulching new plantings! Want to join the Pathway team? Your family is also invited! RSVP here.
